Return Policy For Internet Sales:
For orders paid via Credit Cards, PayPal or Bank Transfer, you have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. Since special orders are custom made, they are not covered by our refund policy. All sales are final.

Instructions for Internet Return-Free Insured Return Shipping
Please contact us at 415-982-2213 or 1-800-924-2213 to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a medium FedEx priority box if available and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return with FedEx, you must obtain a receipt from FedEx.
Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.

We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 to 2 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us via phone, email or mail and we will respond within 1 business day.
Disputes which cannot be settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in San Francisco, State of California.
